The Hot-dog is the most important Senfter product in terms of experience when we speak about Würstel. Luckily, the recipe is not secret: only selected pork meat free of polyphosphates, allergens and glutamate. The final step of processing is smoking with beechwood. This wood, typical of alpine landscapes, makes the smoking soft and sweet and lends the hot dog its typical colour.
They are easy to prepare for lunch, dinner or as a snack. You can cook them in different ways: grilled or boiled, to be enjoyed in a bun with lettuce and various condiments.
