From Piazzetta Senfter in San Candido passing via Milan, Bologna and Caserta: four cities dined together, uniting Italian traditions and flavors in a unique event.

To celebrate the 160th anniversary, the Senfter family didn’t just add one additional place to the table, but 600! The #SenfterSocialTable involved all Italy through 4 locations, starting with San Candido, passing via Milan, Bologna and Caserta.

The four locations were linked to each other through large screens positioned at the extremes of the tables that united the Italians into a single, great, live streaming gourmet party.

An exceptional event that welcomed extremely exceptional guests, from Chef Alessandro Borghese, who created the menu, course after course, extolling the excellence of each region involved, by creating exceptional dishes, combining creativity with typical products and the uniqueness of Senfter Speck.

Sitting at the table, the best food bloggers from all over Italy savored, tasted and commented on each dish. Guests with high expectations whom we are sure we surprised both thanks to the Chef’s recipes and the technology used to celebrate the 160th anniversary of Senfter’s history and tradition.

To celebrate our 160th anniversary, the chef Alessandro Borghese has conceived a special menu in which the unique taste of speck combines with Italian regional excellences, resulting in new and unexpected flavours.
