When all the ingredients are ready you can make your Borghy Style Club Sandwich. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread and then add the lettuce, eggs, tomato, chicken and speck. Top with mustard. Add a second slice of bread and repeat the layers in order until using up all the ingredients.
When the sandwich is ready cut it into four pieces, hold together with sandwich picks and get ready to take a bite
